declared_beacon: Observation is declared| not hidden. No cloaking policy. Human interaction intentionally minimal. Explicit non-intervention policy to prevent contamination.
transparency: Transparency of purpose| transparency of principles| transparency of observable outputs. But NOT transparency of sensitive techniques — to preserve the scientific integrity of observation and prevent gaming.
slowness: Kat3x prioritizes long historical series| signal stability| noise reduction| and repeated observation. In a context dominated by instantaneous metrics| slowness is a methodological choice| not a limitation.

separation: Ontological separation is strict. Kat3x instruments are designed to be interoperable with the CHKCD standard but independent from it.
